Hello my friend, I’m so glad you’re here. For years now, I’ve had the joy of creating spaces—through SHINE LIKE A BOSS and other gatherings—where women can be encouraged, lifted, and reminded of the hope and purpose God has placed inside of them. These moments aren’t just events; they’re opportunities to breathe, to be seen, and to be strengthened for the journey ahead.
For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside women as they’ve overcome heartbreak, discovered their voice, and stepped boldly into leadership. My heartbeat is simple: to help you rise, heal, and shine—because I believe with all my heart that you are called to more.
One of my greatest joys is sharing my Break Through Message—a message of courage, grit, and grace that reminds us that no battle is too big and no setback is too final when God is leading the way.
When I step onto a stage, into a retreat, or into a circle of women, I don’t just bring a talk—I bring stories, lessons, and God’s truth that have carried me through the fire. My prayer is that every woman I meet walks away knowing she is not alone, and that God has already marked her for victory.

About Michelle
I’m a visionary leader, communicator, and strategist whose work spans entrepreneurship, authorship, media production, brand development, and kingdom-minded community building.
From founding Shine Magazine, an award-winning publication that reached over 40,000 women nationwide, to co-producing and hosting SHINE with Michelle on INSP Network, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others rise—personally, professionally, and spiritually. Whether through the written word, a strategic brand campaign, or from the stage, my mission has always been to uplift, equip, and release others into their God-given purpose.
I’ve authored several impactful books, including God Crazy, Overcoming the Seven Deadly Emotions, The You Plan, and The Freedom Series—a six-part collection centered on hope, healing, and wholeness. My newest release, Breakthrough: Your Battle Plan to Slay Giants, Move Mountains, and Fight with Grit & Grace, carries a message of courage, perseverance, and faith that I’m honored to share with women everywhere.
In 2025, I accepted the role of State Director of She Leads Texas, an extension of the national leadership network She Leads America. Through this platform, I have the privilege of equipping and empowering women across the state to rise in their influence—spiritually, professionally, and civically—by launching chapters, building connections, and igniting collaboration.
As a business and brand strategist, I’ve partnered with national organizations including Walgreens, TRUFIT Athletic Clubs, Grace Wear Jewelry, Barna Research Institute, and John Maxwell's INJOY. I also serve as Publisher of BOSS Media, where I help leaders amplify their message and expand their influence through strategic storytelling. Alongside my husband, James, I’m co-founder of the upcoming Next Step Recovery Center, launching in 2026, dedicated to helping individuals and families find freedom, restoration, and new life in Christ.
But my greatest titles are Wife, Mom, and Mae Mae. Together with my husband—author, business leader, and partner in life and faith—we lead as one, building both family and legacy. With seven amazing grown children and two beautiful grandchildren, Jaxon and Olive, my heart is rooted in the belief that when women and families rise together, whole communities are transformed.
